- 3 whole Ripe Bananas (perfect If They Have Dark Spots)
- 1 cup Sugar (use Less If Bananas Are Very Ripe, 3/4 Cup Can Be Enough)
- 1 whole Egg
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/4 cups Melted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions

1In a bowl, mash the bananas.

2One after the other, add all the other ingredients and stir to combine.

3You can also add nuts and/or raisins if you want, but it tastes just as good without.

4Butter 2 (smallish) loaf pans and pour in the batter.

5Bake for about 50 minutes at 325°F.

6If you use only one (larger) loaf pan, the baking time probably needs to be increased. I baked mine for about 65 minutes, but just check after 50 minutes and go from there.

7Let cool for a bit and remove from the pan. Slice and enjoy!
