- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup vanilla whey
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup Natvia
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon psyllium husk
- 3 medium bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup 0% Chobani greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 175c. Line a 12-hole muffin tin with paper cups and set aside.

2Sift together all dry ingredients into a medium bowl. In a smaller bowl, mash bananas and whisk in remaining wet ingredients.

3Pour wet ingredients into the dry and mix until well-combined. Distribute evenly into paper cups and garnish with desired toppings (I used shredded coconut).

4Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
