  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and cut in half
  • 1/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes
  • dash of ground nutmeg

Directions
