  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. mashed bananas
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

    Cream oleo and sugar.

    Add eggs and beat well. Add bananas, sour cream and vanilla.

    Mix in dry ingredients.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan or 1 hour in tube pan.
