  • 1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 2- 3 mashed bananas
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together with mixer until smooth. Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar after cooling.
