  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 8 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 6 bananas, put through sieve or strainer (3 c.)

    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, sour cream and vanilla.

    Add flour mixed with soda, alternately with bananas.

    Use tube or large aluminum pan.

    It makes a very large cake, it can be divided for smaller cake.
