  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 extra ripe medium bananas, peeled
  • 1/2 c. caramel topping

Directions

    Combine flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Cut in margarine with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Slowly stir in egg, mixing with a fork until crumbly.

    Pat half of mixture in 13 x 9-inch baking pan to form crust.
