  • 6 Large green bananas
  • 3/4 cup of fresh lime juice
  • 1 Large Tomato - diced
  • A Handful of Cilantro - chopped
  • 8 Cloves Garlic - chopped
  • 1 Medium Onion - chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper - chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Green Onion - diced
