Banana Cream Cake

- 1/2 doz. ripe bananas, mashed well
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mash bananas.

2Mix well sugar, oil, eggs and salt.

3Mix flour, spices, soda and pecans (optional).

4Alternate flour mixture and bananas into the sugar mixture.

5Bake in two 9-inch pans or one 9 x 13-inch pan; grease well.

6Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

7After cooled ice with cream cheese mix.

8It makes for smiles.
