- 1/4 cups Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 whole Bananas, Mashed
- 1-1/4 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/4 cups Buttermilk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Cream butter and sugars together until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing until thoroughly combined. Add mashed bananas. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients.

3Add half of the dry ingredients to the banana mixture. Stir in buttermilk. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix. Pour into cupcake pans.

4I used mini cupcake pans, and baked for 15 minutes. Makes 24 mini cupcakes.
