  • 1 1/3 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. buttermilk
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix oil and sugar in a small bowl.

    Mash the bananas.

    Mix bananas with sugar and oil. Add flour and nuts which have been dusted with a teaspoon of flour.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes. Bake in cupcake pans.
