  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 3 small bananas

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    In a medium bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt.

    Add walnuts and set aside.

    Blend in blender the sugar, margarine, egg, bananas, and milk.

    Pour over dry ingredients and mix until well moistened.

    Pour into a 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan.

    Bake one hour or until done.
