- 2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions

1Heat oven to 325 degrees F.

2Combine flour and baking powder.

3Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.

4Add bananas; mix well.

5Blend in eggs.

6Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition.

7Stir in nuts.

8Pour into greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan.

9Bake 1 hour 20 min.

10or until toothpick inserted near centre comes out clean.

11Cool in pan 10 min.

12Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
