  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1 Tbsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 4 Tbsp. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • pinch of salt

    Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs, bananas, pecans, buttermilk and vanilla.
