- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1 medium banana
- 1 medium orange
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Cream margarine/butter and sugar together.

3Add sour cream, flour, 3 eggs and salt.

4Squeeze orange juice through strainer.

5Add mashed banana and orange juice to batter; mix well.

6Pour batter into lightly greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.

7Bake 30 minutes or until browned.
