Banana Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 bags vanilla wafers
  • 2 large boxes vanilla pudding (cook and serve)
  • 1 small box banana cream pudding (instant)
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 cans water
  • 5 to 6 bananas

Directions

    In a 13 x 9-inch glass dish empty 1 package of wafers, covering bottom and sides of dish.

    Cut bananas into slices and place them on top of wafers (may use as many bananas as you like). Cover with remaining vanilla wafers.

    Mix remaining ingredients in pot.

    Cook over medium heat until pudding consistency.

    Remove from heat and pour over top of wafers and bananas.

    All of pudding should fit after allowing it to penetrate to bottom.
