- 1 or 2 small bananas
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. banana cream or vanilla instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Directions

1Slice bananas and beat well into mashed mixture.

2Add remaining ingredients. Blend and beat for 2 minutes.

3Pour into well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove and finish cooling on rack.

4Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired.
