- 1 package Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tub Cool Whip Sugar Free Whipped Topping
- 3 bananas
- 2 package Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding
- 3 c. cold fat-free milk
- 1/2 square Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
Directions

1Mix crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 13- x 9-inch dish.
