  • 3 cups quinoa flour
  • 2 cups vanilla-flavored soy milk (such as Silk(R))
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Directions

    Mash bananas in a large bowl with a fork. Add quinoa flour, soy milk, water, and cinnamon; mix until well blended.
