- 2 tablespoons milk
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs sifted dry, or crushed corn flake
- 3 bananas
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- crisco for frying
Directions

1Beat egg.

2Add salt and milk.

3Peel bananas and slice crosswise into one inch thick pieces.

4Dip in egg, then roll in dry crumbs or crushed corn flakes.

5Fry in deep Crisco heated at 375 degrees until brown and tender.

6Remove from hot fat and drain on absorbent paper.

7Serve very hot.
