- 1 banana (the riper the banana, the sweeter it is)
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 to 3 ice cubes
Directions

1Pour milk in a blender.

2Peel banana; break it in half and add to milk in blender.

3Add vanilla and ice cubes.

4Blend for 20 seconds; pour into glass.
