  • 1 banana (the riper the banana, the sweeter it is)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 to 3 ice cubes

Directions

    Pour milk in a blender.

    Peel banana; break it in half and add to milk in blender.

    Add vanilla and ice cubes.

    Blend for 20 seconds; pour into glass.
