  • 1 pkg. (15.5 oz.) banana nut whole grain cereal flakes
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup honey or light corn syrup
  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine

    Mix cereal and flour in large bowl.

    Bring honey and butter to boil in saucepan, stirring constantly.

    Pour over cereal mixture.

    Mix until well coated.

    Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil; lightly grease foil.

    With moistened hands, press firmly into prepared pan.

    Bake at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes or lightly browned.

    Remove from pan; cut into bars.
