  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 c. graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 3 to 5 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/2 c. maraschino cherries
  • 3/4 c. pecans, chopped

    Combine cracker crumbs and one stick butter.

    Pack into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Beat eggs, 2 sticks butter and powdered sugar together for no less than 15 minutes.

    Spread this over the unbaked crumb crust.

    Add the sliced bananas and pineapple.

    Add layer of whipped topping.

    Top with chopped cherries and pecans. Refrigerate overnight.
