Banana Split Cake

  • 2 c. graham crackers
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 to 4 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cans crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 jar cherries, chopped
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix together 1 stick melted butter and graham crackers to make crust.

    Pat into 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Mix powdered sugar, 2 sticks margarine and 2 eggs with beaters for 15 minutes.

    Pour over crust.

    Slice bananas over this.

    Pour 2 cans crushed pineapple over bananas.

    Spread on large carton of Cool Whip over pineapple. Sprinkle with 1 cup pecans and top with cherries.
