Banana Split Cake

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 bananas
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • maraschino cherries

    Mix 2/3 stick margarine with cracker crumbs.

    Press into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Beat remaining margarine, eggs and confectioners sugar for 15 minutes (must beat for 15 minutes). Spread over cracker crumbs.

    Slice bananas over this mixture, then drained pineapple over the bananas.

    Top with whipped topping, cherries and pecans.
