  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large container whip cream (i.e. Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 to 3 bananas
  • 1 small bottle maraschino cherries

Directions

    Mix together crumbs and 6 tablespoons melted butter.

    Press into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Beat until fluffy: confectioners sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla.

    Spread over crumbs. Slice bananas and place over creamy filling.

    Spread pineapple evenly over bananas.

    Spread Cool Whip over pineapple.

    Sprinkle with nuts.

    Decorate with cherries.

    Refrigerate several hours before serving.
