Banana Split Cake

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 large carton whipped topping
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 bananas
  • pecans (optional)

Directions

    Mix crumbs and margarine; press into bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

    Beat powdered sugar, vanilla and softened margarine together 10 minutes or until very creamy.

    Add eggs.

    Beat for a short time.

    Spread over crumb layer.

    Cut bananas lengthwise.

    Put on cream layer.

    Drain pineapple.

    Spoon over bananas.

    Cover with whipped topping.

    Sprinkle chopped pecans over top.
