  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 stick butter (room temperature)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (No. 2) can (2 1/2 c.) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 or 4 bananas, sliced
  • large carton whipped topping

    Mix together melted butter and crumbs.

    Spread in pan, 9 x 13-inch.

    Mix and beat together sugar, butter and eggs until fluffy.

    Spread over crust.

    Top with pineapple and bananas.

    Top with whipped topping.
