Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c. crushed graham crackers
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 2 eggs, beaten on high for 4 minutes
  • 1 1/2 sticks soft margarine
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 medium cans pineapple, drained
  • 2 or 3 bananas
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • chopped pecans (1/2 c.)

    Mix and press first 2 ingredients into oblong pan and bake for 8 minutes at 375°.

    Cool completely.

    Beat next four ingredients together on high for 5 minutes.

    Spread mixture over graham crust. Next, spread on 2 medium cans pineapple, drained.

    Slice 2 to 3 bananas on top of that and cover with Cool Whip.

    Sprinkle chopped pecans on top and refrigerate.
