Banana Split Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 lb. whipped cream cheese
  • 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 16 oz. container Cool Whip
  • 4 medium bananas, sliced
  • 2 c. milk
  • chopped nuts and cherries (I use walnuts and maraschino cherries)

Directions

    Bake cake according to package directions in jelly roll pan. Let cool.

    Mix pudding with milk and cream cheese.

    Spread on cooled cake.

    Spread drained pineapple over pudding mixture.

    Top with bananas.

    Spread with Cool Whip.

    Garnish with nuts and cherries.
