- 2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
- 5 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 3 to 4 bananas, sliced lengthwise in half
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- Cool Whip
- chopped nuts
- red cherries
- coconut
Directions

1Mix crushed wafers and melted butter; press into bottom of rectangle dish.

2Slice bananas lengthwise and cover bottom.

3Avoid overly ripe bananas.

4Use yellow skinned or green tipped.

5Mix together condensed milk and lemon juice; spread on top of bananas. Spread crushed pineapple on top of Eagle Brand layer.

6Cover with whipped topping (8 to 9 ounce is plenty).

7Sprinkle coconut, chopped nuts and arrange red cherries on top to designate serving size.

8Refrigerate until ready to serve.
