Banana Split Cake

  • 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • sliced bananas
  • 1 large bowl Cool Whip
  • chopped nuts
  • maraschino cherries

Directions

    Mix and press in 13 x 9-inch pan and chill graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine.

    Blend confectioners sugar, eggs and margarine.

    Beat 15 minutes and chill.

    Spread on top of crust. Add pineapple (drained) and 4 or 5 sliced bananas.

    Spread Cool Whip over this.

    Add 2 or 3 more bananas.

    Top with chopped nuts and maraschino cherries.

    Store in refrigerator.
