Banana Split Cake

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 4 to 6 bananas
  • 2 pkg. frozen strawberries
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • nuts and cherries

    Melt the margarine.

    Add crumbs.

    Press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Mix the confectioners sugar, eggs and 2 sticks margarine together for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Spread mixture over crumbs.

    Layer bananas over cream mixture.

    Drain strawberries and pineapple; put over bananas.

    Cover with Cool Whip.

    Garnish with nuts and cherries.

    Refrigerate overnight.
