Banana Split Cake

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 stick soft butter
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 4 large bananas
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Crush graham crackers and mix with 1/2 cup melted butter. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Chill 1 hour.

    Mix confectioners sugar with pineapple.

    Cut bananas lengthwise; put over cracker crumbs.

    Pour mixture over bananas.

    Sprinkle pecans over top. Put maraschino cherries on top if desired.
