  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (drain well)
  • 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • maraschino cherry halves
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 to 4 bananas, sliced

Directions

    Mix graham cracker crumbs with 1 stick melted butter.

    Put in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Cream together eggs, 2 sticks butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.

    Beat mixture for 15 minutes with electric mixer.

    Spread mixture over crumbs.

    Spread sliced bananas over mixture.

    Spread drained pineapple over bananas. Spread Cool Whip over bananas.

    Sprinkle with pecans.

    Top with maraschino cherries.

    Refrigerate overnight.
