  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large carton whipped topping

Directions

    Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1 stick margarine and sugar.

    Press evenly in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Beat together the confectioners sugar, egg whites and other stick of melted margarine.

    Spread over cracker crust.

    Cut bananas lengthwise and layer on crust. Layer drained pineapple on bananas.

    Cover with whipped topping and refrigerate.

    May top with sliced cherries or pecan halves.
