Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick soft butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 5 bananas, sliced
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • chocolate syrup and cherries

    Make a crust with the graham cracker crumbs and butter.

    Beat the powdered sugar, egg, soft butter, vanilla and cream cheese for 15 minutes and spread over crust.

    Chill.

    Spoon the pineapple over the crust.

    Place the sliced bananas in the pineapple juice.

    Drain and spread over the pineapple.

    Ice with the Cool Whip.

    Sprinkle with the chopped pecans.
