Banana Split Cake

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sticks margarine, soft, not melted
  • 5 bananas
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1/2 c. cherries

Directions

    Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick of margarine, melted, and spread

    over bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan; chill.

    Beat powdered sugar, eggs and 2 sticks margarine until fluffy.

    Spread over cracker crumb mixture. Place cut up bananas over powdered sugar mixture.

    Sprinkle pineapple around and between bananas. Spread Cool Whip over top and garnish with nuts and cherries.
