Banana Split Dessert

  • 2 c. crushed graham crackers
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 or 5 bananas
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 tub whipped topping
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. maraschino cherries

Directions

    Mix and smooth graham crackers and melted butter in bottom of large cake pan.

    Beat butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth and creamy.

    Spread on top of crust.

    Slice bananas lengthwise and lay on top of cream.

    Cover bananas with 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained.

    Cover with whipped topping. Next, spoon on chopped pecans and maraschino cherries. Refrigerate at least 2 or 3 hours before serving.
