Banana Split Dessert

  • 2 to 3 bananas
  • 1/2 gal. Neapolitan ice cream
  • 1 c. peanuts
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pt. Cool Whip
  • 1 box graham crackers, rolled into crumbs

Directions

    Cover bottom of 11 x 15-inch pan with graham crackers. Reserve 1 cup crumbs.

    Slice bananas crosswise into thirds and layer over graham crust.

    Slice ice cream 1/2-inch thick; place over bananas.

    Sprinkle peanuts over ice cream and freeze until hard.

    Reserve.
