Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 or 4 bananas, sliced
- 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
- chopped nuts
Directions

1Combine the 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine with cracker crumbs and pat into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Beat eggs on high speed for 4 minutes.

3Add sugar and 3/4 cup softened butter or margarine to eggs and beat for 5 minutes.

4Spread this over crumbs.

5Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

6Spread drained pineapple over creamed mixture.

7Arrange sliced bananas over top of pineapple, cover with Cool Whip.

8Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

9Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.

10Garnish with maraschino cherries.

11Makes 12 servings.
