- 4 bananas
- 2 Tbsp. soft spread margarine
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Amaretto
Directions

1Peel and slice bananas into uniformly sized coins; place in casserole dish.

2Melt margarine in a small uncovered bowl in microwave on High for 45 to 55 seconds.

3Stir in lemon juice, brown sugar and Amaretto.

4Microwave the mixture, uncovered, on High for 40 to 50 seconds or until hot.

5Stir mixture and pour over bananas, tossing gently.

6Microwave, uncovered, on High for 1 minute or until hot.

7Do not overheat or bananas will turn mushy. Divide into individual serving dishes and drizzle with sauce. Serves 4.
