Banata Spinach Bread

- 2 (10 oz.) frozen spinach
- 1 lb. Italian sweet sausage
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 large loaf Italian bread
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Take sausage out of casing.

2Fry sausage, garlic and onion until cooked.

3Boil spinach; drain.

4Add to sausage and saute 15 minutes.

5Add Mozzarella cheese and melt.

6Slice bread in 1/2 lengthwise; scoop out middle.

7Place sausage mixture in scooped out bread halves.

8Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9Put halves together.

10Wrap in foil and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Slice in pieces and serve.
