- 1 medium size Bangus
- 2 onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 calamansi
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- Accent
Directions

1Mince onions and tomatoes, then mix.

2Get 1/2 of the mixed tomatoes and onions, spread in a frying pan.

3Place, on top of the Bangus, the remaining half of the onions and tomatoes.

4Pour on the mixed vinegar and soy sauce.

5Cover the pan.

6Cook over low fire until the fish and ingredients are well cooked.

7Pour on the calamansi juice and let boil for a very short while.

8For seasoning, add 1 tablespoon oil and a dash of Accent.
