- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. minced dried onion
- 1 can tender flake biscuits
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°. In large skillet brown beef, then drain. Next add barbecue sauce, brown sugar and onion to beef. Mix well. Place each biscuit into cupcake section of cupcake pan and press out to line cup up sides.

2Do not grease pan.

3Now spoon meat mixture to fill each cup evenly.

4Fill any empty cups 1/2 full with water to prevent warping.

5Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 400° until tops of biscuits are golden.

6Remove.

7Turn off oven. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over tops.

8Return to oven a few minutes to melt cheese.

9Serves 2 adults.
