   Mix cake mix, margarine and one egg together.

   Mix well, then press mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

   Mix remaining two eggs, powdered sugar and cream cheese.

   Pour over first layer.

   Sprinkle chopped nuts over top.

   Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

   Top will be slightly soft to light touch when done.
