  • 1 lb. pork (chop suey meat), cut up
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 c. water
