Ingredients

  • 12 oz. bacon
  • 4 large onions (rings)
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 2 (15 oz.) butter beans, drained
  • 1 can green lima beans
  • 1 can dark red kidney beans, drain both
  • 1 large jar B&M baked beans, undrained

Directions

    Fry bacon until crisp.

    Remove bacon and add onions to bacon grease.

    Fry onions until tender.

    Add sugar, mustard, garlic powder, salt, vinegar and bacon, broken into small pieces.

    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

    Grease 4-quart pan. Mix all together with the four different kinds of beans.

    Bake covered for 30 minutes and uncovered for 30 minutes.
