  • 4 lb. beef (chuck or rump)
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 (14 oz.) ketchup
  • 1 bottle water
  • 1/2 chili sauce

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and pour over beef. Bake 4 1/2 hours at 325°. Tear apart with 2 forks when done. Place on buns.
