- 5 to 7 lb. beef brisket
- onion salt
- garlic salt
- celery salt
- liquid smoke
- barbecue sauce
Directions

1Take a large 5 to 7 pound beef brisket (the best, rump, round, or like roast).

2Place in a pan lined with heavy foil.

3Sprinkle with onion salt, garlic salt and celery salt.

4Pour on 1/2 to 3/4 bottle of Wrights liquid smoke.

5Wrap foil tightly around roast. Place into 250° oven for 6 to 8 hours.

6Uncover and top with any good bottled barbecue sauce.

7Bake for another 40 minutes, uncovered.

8Can be served hot or cold.

9Slice or shred.

10I shred mine when cool and freeze in plastic bags.
